Posters

Information for Presenters

Posters can be set-up starting at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, October 8th in the Concourse of the Michigan League.

Poster easels will be provided and will be three feet (1 m) wide by four feet (1.3 m) high. Push pins and tape will be provided. Note that there will NOT be tables. If you need Internet access, you must e-mail ess2007posters-at- umich -dot- edu  to make arrangements ahead of time.

The ACM magazine Crossroads has a useful resource on putting together a research poster .

There are two sessions when poster presenters are asked to make themselves available for questions and/or presentations:

• Monday, October 8th, 10:30 - 11:00 a.m.
• Monday, October 8th, 3:00 - 3:30 p.m.

In both cases posters and presenters will be in the Concourse on the second floor of the Michigan League.
